Historical Summary
Patrick McKenna developed an interest in technical analysis and alternative investments while serving in the military. During that period, he independently studied publications devoted to technical market analysis and began developing his understanding of trading methodology and market behavior.
Using personal savings and military reenlistment compensation, McKenna began trading his own capital. His early results, discipline, willingness to learn, and ability to accept professional guidance attracted the attention of Argo Futures Group.
Argo recognized similarities between McKenna's development and its earlier experience identifying emerging trading talent from within existing relationships.
